STATEMENT
1. This statement describes our policy and practice with regard
to processing of your personal information on demand. Our privacy
policy covers the company, the customer, and us.
2. "Personal information" means information that relates to
a person who can be identified from that information and other information
that is held by or is likely to be held by us.

held by us is processed lawfully. We are obliged to respect the confidentiality
of your personal information.

side the country of booking in order to provide services. In using
the services you consent to such a transfer, which may be accessed
by in countries, which may not have data protection laws as comprehensive.
5. We will monitor regularly compliance with the provision
of the applicable local legislation and by third party processors,
such as supplies and contractors, of personal information held by
us.
6. We may from time to time use your personal information to
send you information by telephone ,fax, email etc. that you may find
useful. If you do not wish to receive information please contact your
local GFS office.
7. You can find out what personal information we hold about
you by contacting your local GFS office. We will acknowledge your
request with in 10 days. Should we be prevented from disclosing your
personal information, give reason for any such refusal?
8. If any of the personal information that we hold about you
is incorrect or needs updating, please contact your local GFS office.
We may request that you provide further information / identification
to enable us to comply with this request.
9. Should we sell or transfer any of our business to third
party or parties, this may include the sale or transfer of database
of information.
